OVERVIEW

The role of the Team Member Level 2 (TM2) is to deliver a superior customer experience by serving safe, fresh food and providing genuine hospitality. A TM2 has received some advanced training and should be able to carry out all tasks for positions in which they have been trained. TM2’s embrace and exemplify our Core Ideology, and work to make their teammates, our guests, and our community feel known, loved, and cared for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all responsibilities of previous positions as required, and hold fellow Team Members accountable to these responsibilities as it pertains to procedural, cultural, and brand standards.

  • Utilize knowledge gained during the Chick-fil-A Newport Journey to elevate personal performance, and behave as an example for other Team Members. Work to achieve mastery of skills in which you are trained, and strive to learn the skills necessary to advance to the next position.
