OVERVIEW

The role of the Team Member Level 3 (TM3) is to deliver a superior customer experience by serving safe, fresh food and providing genuine hospitality. A TM3 has been fully trained in all positions in their department (FOH/BOH), and consistently performs at a high level wherever they are needed by the business. TM3’s champion our Core Ideology, and always ensure that their teammates, our guests, and our community feel known, loved, and cared for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all responsibilities of previous positions as required, and hold fellow Team Members accountable to these responsibilities as it pertains to procedural, cultural, and brand standards.

  • Utilize knowledge gained during the Chick-fil-A Newport Journey to elevate personal performance, and behave as an example for other Team Members. Work to achieve mastery of skills in which you are trained, and strive to learn the skills necessary to advance to the next position.

  • Be a champion for our organization’s culture, leading by example and helping those around you understand and seek alignment with our purpose and vision.
